Our service
We provide high quality French tuition online based on your personal objectives and level of French. Our online French classes are held via Skype or Zoom.
You will need a computer connected to the internet, with microphone and speakers (or a headset). It is preferable to have a webcam.
Fees
Our online French classes should be booked in blocks of at least 5 lessons. The one exception is that a single Introductory Class is available for first time users of French via Skype.
Note
All classes must be paid at least 24 hours in advance, through our website.
Please note that payments for classes are non-refundable.
In the event of a cancellation, the student must inform the teacher 48 hours in advance from Monday to Friday. Otherwise, the student will be charged for the missed lesson.
The sessions are valid for 6 months.
Start time
If the student is not available on Skype within 15 minutes of the booked start time, the French Skype tutor may regard the class a cancelled without notice. We will be flexible if there is a technical problem but please note that the tutor will often have a class directly after your class will have to finish at the scheduled time.

If you have any concerns, please contact your French Skype tutor by email or if you do not have the email address, you can use the online contact form on this website. Please remember that French via Skype is based in France, our responses to any communication will be made during business hours in France.
